Our Services

Paint Protection Film

PPF is a clear film that’s applied to the surface of your vehicle to protect your paint from rock chips, minor dents, bugs and other road debris keeping your paint unharmed. PPF is a popular choice by customers whom want to preserve their original paint from the inevitabilities of vehicle ownership, such as wear and tear. Commonly used in front end (or other high impact areas) of vehicles where damages mostly occur. We also offer full body PPF packages for ultimate protection and piece of mind. Self healing film are the latest technology in the automotive world. If scratched, the film can be repaired by simply heating the material. The material reflows itself, thus removing the defect.

Vehicle Wraps

In modern car culture, vinyl wraps are often chosen over paint jobs. For one, vinyl wraps offer a higher variety of colors that can not be achieved by automotive paint systems, such as chrome and gold wraps. Also vinyl wrapping your vehicle can be much cheaper than repainting it. Furthermore, the issues present in the process of painting vehicles (such as dirt in clear coat, runs, etc,) do not happen when the vinyl wrap approach is taken. The result is a much cleaner, lower maintenance product in which the automotive community has learned to love.

A full wrap is a complete color change of your vehicle and there are many benefits to it other than standing out on the road. Automotive vinyl wraps help protect your vehicle’s body from scratches and small dents, chips from road debris and rust from salt and water in winter. Vinyl wraps preserves your original paint helping it with resale or trade in value when installed by our professionals at Toronto PPF. We offer various finishes including matte, gloss, metallic, satin, carbon fiber, brushed metal, chrome, velvet, custom print & many more.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a high-quality finish used on many wheels and other car parts. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coat is resistant to impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. This reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. There are many colors and finishes available such as flat, satin, gloss, high gloss, metallic, candies, clear, iridescent, fluorescent, glitter and chrome finishes.

Wheel & Caliper Painting

Painting your brake calipers has functional benefits in addition to upgrading your ride’s style. We use high performance, heat resistant paint that doesn’t fade or chip overtime. As calipers age, they accumulate difficult to remove brake dust and road dirt. Calipers can rust overtime causing issues with braking. During the painting process, we’ll clean off existing grime, rust deposits and uneven surfaces in the finish, ensuring your brake parts are in the best condition possible before painting. Applying several coats of base coat (correct caliper paint) and clear coat we are able guarantee 100% coverage, without the risk of overspray onyour vehicle paint. We offer custom colors to match your wrap and decals of your preference on calipers.

Our Paint Protection Film Process

The job done right, or not at all!

At Toronto PPF, before a vehicle enters our facility, we do a thorough examination of the vehicle. We note any damages that will need to be rectified before installing film. Defects such as stone chips, and swirl marks / swirl marks, should be repaired prior to installing paint protection film.

After the vehicle is inspected, it is thoroughly prepped with various degreasers and soaps. We always follow up by claybaring the surface to ensure a quality install that wont lift in the future. Any wax or debris under the film will comprimise the future longevity, therefore preperation is key.

If required, we remove bumpers / headlights for a seamless install. This avoids the hard lines that are shown in some paint protection film jobs. This tucking of film gives the illusion that there is no film on the panel!

After needed portions are dissassembled, and the film is layed, it must be "set". Our installers may decide to keep your vehicle overnight to ensure proper adhesion of the film.

Finally, the vehicle is reassembled, then given a careful foam bath. The vehicle is then pulled outside for a thorough inspection. Once we are satisfied, the vehicle is released to the client!
